Turbo Tax most difficult to use!

Turbo Tax assumes all instructions were self-explanatory, thus did not require to be placed in the information boxes. Basic instructions ONCE I found them! were lacking clarity. It was assumed that the user would automatically know an additional software, if compatible at all, was required to be downloaded, simply to print. When seeking "help" assistance, AI feature should provide accurate information or instructions, however, it showed canned answers that were irrelevant to help questions.
Turbo Tax developed with AI required an additional 8 hours to figure out how to insert information, how to utilize the software features for accuracy. This was the most difficult software to use in my many years of using Turbo Tax.

Only had one area where I didn't know what to do. That was for international tax. had to guess.

Worst program for taxes

I paid 50 for NC state return, but because it has a bug that has not been fixed i couldn't use it (It is well documented on the internet, the form forces special allocation of income inside and outside of NC even when the company doesn't have a special allocation.) I had to file using the paper copy of D403. There's no way to get a refund.

I was unable to import QuickBooks into into the return, so had to do manually. I researched possible reasons, none applied.
