Problem after problem this year

Multiple issue this Year. Won't import direct to TurboTax business desktop from QuickBooks. Problem with estimated partnership and PTE tax in state. Problem with Special depreciation. Problem generating and Printing K1-p for Ste. can only access through view form, does not save it for keeping with return or printing to send to Illinois.

Business product not ready for prime time yet

The business product interface is lacking when dealing with year-end brokerage statements. Also, in the estimated payment section, the software was hard-checking boxes I dd not want checked. I had to often go into FORMS and consult outside AI chats to get through the process.

Software is meh, human very good, wait time 35 min

I did need to talk to a live expert and she was very good. The screen sharing software was essential. I could have saved her time by installing the screen sharing software while I was waiting for a human for 35 minutes.
