Turbo Tax is my first choice

The ability to upload data from the prior year filing and auto-check for software updates are the best features. However the interface to the state return is not as complete.

Download process needs to be improved

I have trouble downloading the product, other software I've used downloads easier. I'm unable to file my state of Michigan return because of a glitch in your software.

Not user friendly

Not very user friendly. Program does not take you step by step and fill in the numbers initially input into the program which made it very difficult to tackle the tax lingo and figure out where I was supposed to put everything and find the figures it was asking for. I did not understand the extra fee of $50 I had to pay on top of the program fees. If I didn't have Chat GPT I don't think I could have gotten through this on my own.

TurboTax Business - Desktop 2025 is Pretty Good

On Feb 12, 2026 FED E-File went thru successfully while Georgia E-File ended up Not Yet ready message. Upon calling Intuit Support, a ticket was created & I received an email on Feb 19 as the issues has been fixed. Well, Georgia E-File also went thru successfully on Feb 19, 2026 evening. Thanks
