TT Business is a poorly executed product

TurboTax Business has far too many unresolved feature deficits and bugs for the price. This product is nowhere near as polished or user friendly as other TT products such as Deluxe or Premiere.

Please make state software available earlier

It is February 18, and the Maryland Business turbo tax is still not ready for downloading. This happens every year (i.e., chronic problem with state software available late).

Can't upload 1099-B in TurboTax Business!!

I've been doing my personal taxes with TurboTax for 20 plus years and have had no issues at all. Since 2018 I have been using Turbo Tax Business to handle Trust returns and I find this product to be far less efficient. Why won't you upgrade the software to allow for import of brokerage documents, or at least the ability to upload brokerage documents? From online comments that I have seen it appears that this capability has been there in the past. When addressing the income sections the software actually states that later in the return you will be instructed to upload 1099-B to avoid having to manually enter multiple transactions. That's clear false advertising! I bought the software at a premium specifically because it had the e-filing capability. Now I still have to print 50 pages and then go to the post office and get charged for mailing and then charged extra for ensuring delivery. In this case, you guys have rendered e-filing for this product absolutely useless. I'm very disappointed and may look elsewhere for software next year.

Outstanding Phone Support

Used Turbo Tax for Decades. This year there was a glitch in how Turbo tax Business treated prior year depreciation. My man on phone support stayed late and on the case. It ended up needing a fix at the software level. He called me back when the program was ready to be updated. A-1 5-star service.

Turbo Tax is Great!

I am 48 years old and have been using Turbo Tax products since I was 17 and helping my Mama do her business taxes. I absolutely love Turbo Tax! I use both personal and the business versions. It is so easy to use and you learn so much about all of your financial situations.

Turbo Tax Business for Trusts

I used the Business Turbo Tax product to complete my parent's Estate Taxes. It went smoothly and saved me time. The only improvement I would consider is having the personal information tabs retain the information entered upon a file save. It is burdensome to have to re-enter some information each time the file is opened.
