Horrible. Long time user. Errors all over the place. Wont let me e-file. Took more time debugging software vs. actually doing taxes. Inexcusable.

K-1 not saving to PDF properly

When asked to Distribute K-1s not all K-1's populate in the PDF file. Please fix this has been going on for several years.

Will not buy again

Last year it deleted files from the previous year entirely. This year it reverted to previous versions of last year's files. It calculated depreciation wrong becase of it. As I was working on returns this year it would randomly revert and lose changes so I had to redo work. I'm done. I will not be buying TurboTax again.

Turbo Tax For Business is Really Good

Turbo Tax for Business was relatively easy to use, was accurate and had easy to use features. The only issue we had related to access to tax help on certain forms. It would have been nice to get directly through Turbo Tax, instead we had to go to the IRS and CA Franchise Tax Board for answers
