TurboTax is ok

Sometimes TurboTax seems to go around in circles and I'm not sure what they are asking for. For instance, the prompt to add a "state issued pin" at the last minute before being able to file. I spent over 30 minutes on hold with the State of Virginia only to be told that Virginia does not issue pins.

Still has same errors for 2 yoear in row!!

Still has same errors in NC D-403 P2 Part 2 that were in Tax Year 2024 product. many users complained but seems no fix. Without Readme or change logs impossible to determine when and where fixed.

Turbo Tax Assessment

The process is easy to navighate but at times it is a pretty intimidating for the average tax payer. Was able to get it completed when I reviewed my draft before filing it was hard to reconcile the draft with the final for filing. I admittedly may have requested two different option between the review coy and final.

Turbo Tax is still doing very well for me as a business owner and for my personal tax return. Very accurate and its software helps catch any concerns or problems.

I've thought about switching tax software for several years, but after ALL the problems I've had this year, this could be my las year using the software. I had to spend over 6hrs on the phone with tech support just to fix problems with the software, along with multiple purchases for one soft ware licenses. During this process I lost the "Free" audit support. The sad part is, I spent over three times the time on the phone than I did actually doing my taxes.
