Turbotax-problems

The software for 1120S Return step by step has glitches or gaps in the request for data which causes the return to be inaccurate/incomplete. Also the Amended return process is awful with no place to identify "reason for Amended return" and no ability to resign the document. Also Amended return "appears" to be submitted without ever getting to the end to select submit with final page referencing original return and start of process identifying both original & amended having been "Return accepted?"
All the above is after having to have customer support address why my software was unable to be opened (needed to use "run as administrator") and now my file disappears unless I open it a "special" way.
I have used TurboTax for over 10 years and the last couple years it has been lacking in it's performance.

TurboTax saves time, cost, and aggravation

Overall, experience was very good. Have used TT Business for 5 years or so to prepare Trust return. Easy to use, comprehensive, definitely a time-saver. Once again had difficulty (intially) e-filing due to "Failed Validation - Error Code 54", saying I did not have latest version of software, even when I did. Got sorted out in software update released yesterday. Will certainly use again next year.

Clunky front and back end experience

Took almost two hours to get to a screen where I could purchase the Business Desktop software that I needed for this year. Intuit/TT kept taking me to pages where I could purchase tax return "services"/packages that I didn't need. In fact, had to look up my TT account to figure out what product I used last year so that I knew what I needed to purchase this year.
Also, until you complete the entire form, there is no way to view the return in progress while you are preparing it. I don't want to wait until I a completely finished to see the return for the first time.
