User friendly

It's very user friendly BUT It would be nice to have a map of the entire Step-by-Step process. If I need to go back to a step, I don't want to laboriously hit BACK 16 times and go back through every step I've completed in between the current step and the one I would like to review.

UPDATE feature took over an hour to UPDATE - CLUNK

The TurboTax interface was as good as it ever was, however the UPDATE features were incredibly slow and clunky. I had to try 5 times to get through the "update" so I could continue my return. IT took over 1.5 hour to FINALLY get through them. Apparently their servers were overloaded, or there was a "bug" in the update feature. This has undermined my confidence in TurboTax Business. Next year I may look elsewhere.

TurboTax is an amazing productive tool!

I have been using TurboTax for Business since 2014 and it has been a rewarding, productive experience. I do not know, however, if you have done anything to improve the interaction between Quickbooks On-line and TurboTax for Business Desktop, because after trying a number of years, I ended up having to do manual downloading of data, because it was a nightmare trying to do it automatically.

This Costs Too Much for What You Get

This product costs way too much for the support that it provided. There were fixes that it said needed to be done, but then explanations were not provided. I had to separately search online on my own to find answers.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

While importing data into Turbo Tax Business - Desktop, Turbo Tax identified an error in my workpapers for the partners' capital account. This is why I use Turbo Tax - it helps find errors and the ease of importing prior year info. thanks.
