Loving it since 2016 for my S-Corp/personal taxes

I've had my S-Corp since 2002. For years I was abused by accountants that also provided bad advice. I took control of the situation in 2016 and have never looked back. I also use TT for my personal taxes. I pay for Audit Defense as well. I sleep better every year.

Not really worth the price

Frustrating. First, the rounding of every value to the nearest dollar leads to errors that compound over time. I have to spend extra time ensuring that the most important values match my books. Second, even though Intuit's marketing claims that TurboTax is compatible with Quickbooks Online, it is not. To import financial data into TurboTax Business Desktop, you have to go through Quickbooks Desktop, which is apparently being phased out. The overall TurboTax experience is getting worse.

I am a MAC user. I wish this software was available for a MAC. I had to buy a cheap laptop to file my taxes. It is 2026 you can get a MAC version done!
