2025 turbo tax for business

it is 1/13/26 w2/w3 forms for 2025 are due for filing postmarked by 2/2/26 but the forms are printing with the wrong year - i reported the problem over the phone and still hasn't been fixed, afraid to be late with filing. I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and never had this problem before

THANKFULLY I WAS ABLE TO USE ON WINDOWS 10 BUT MY 2025 HOME AND BUSINESS US USELESS AND WON'T ALLOW ME TO USE ON WINDOWS 10 & I CAN'T ACCESS THE PRODUCT ALREADY PURCHASED EITHER ON DESKTOP AND/OR ONLINE. NEED HELP NOW.

I had great difficulty printing my 2025 W-3 data in 2025 Forms. I spent 40 minutes on the phone to describe my difficulty to a Turbo Tax human. In two days it got fixed.
