Easy & fun to use

I have been using Turbo tax since it has been in existence. You have improved the programs since they first came out. Last year I had considerable trouble with the program. I called live support many times and usually I figured out my problem by myself.

I have my 9 digit Turbo Tax Support ID but it doesn't work on you phone tree. You phone tree is asking for a 13 digit number. I finally got through after much aggravation. Please fix this. Thanks.

TurboTax takes some stress away from tax filing

TurboTax took away some of the anxiety with filing taxes, as I was able to translate from our business income and balance sheets to the inputs that then allowed me to check for accuracy. For someone who is not an accountant by trade, this made things much easier while also helping my own confidence in our numbers.

For a product that has been on the market for this long - it has way too many bugs. I had to go through it many times trying to figure out what combination of answers would output the correct form with the correct data on it. Very frustrating.

Not as easy to use as in the past. Forms are hard to access and incorporate in the interview process
