Turbo Tax needs improvement

There are many areas that need improvement.
1. Does not clearly state that only 5 Federal returns can be filed.
2. When I tried to file a NYS return, it did not allow me to transmit. The screen shows that I have used my 5 filings of Federal returns. It does not specify that I cannot file State returns if I have filed 5 Federal returns.
3. Your voice activated interface needs much improvement. It put one into a loop and cannot decipher clearly stated issues.

waste of time - quickbooks online doesn't integrat

I am also on quickbooks online and there was absolutely no help downloading the file so I spent hours rekeying things. This was ridiculous waste of time.

CANNOT e-file an amended return DONT USE TURBOTAX

TurboTax Business is absolutely the worst program I have ever used. And it says you can amend the return and e-file it which you absolutely cannot, but you only find that out when you read all the chat boards or contact customer support. Highly recommend you FIX this problem for next season and allow business customers to e-file the amended return if you would like to keep some of your business customers. Would absolutely NOT recommend TurboTax Business to ANYONE

Great experience! Super straight forward. Nice that there is now only one Business Software, that covers all types of businesses. Love that I don't have to second guess if I have missed anything.
