TURBO TAX IS THE BEST DESKTOP SOFTWARE

I have been a TurboTax customer for over 20 years. Happily I can report that I have not had any issues with any of the filings I have completed throughout the years. Therefore I can safely say I will remain a Turbotax user for many years to come. Thank You for creating fantastic easy to use software.

Poor platform, no longer user friendly

Company has messed up their platform by trying to do Online Platform. It is not user friendly between desktop and online, it returns many errors and does not pass through the Federal and State E file program. After 20 years and multiple business uses with Turbo Tax, I am finally leaving them and finding another provider
