Turbo Tax easier

I’ve found TurboTax Business very helpful for preparing and filing corporate taxes. The software streamlines the process, makes the required forms easy to access, and highlights potential errors before filing, which gives me confidence everything is being handled correctly.
That said, there are moments where the instructions could be clearer. For example, when it comes to reconciling differences between depreciation calculated by TurboTax and depreciation per books, the software doesn’t always provide detailed guidance on how to make those adjustments. The same applies in some other areas where more explanation would help users understand not just what to enter, but why.
Overall, it’s a very useful tool that makes filing much easier, but adding more precise instructions for special cases would make the experience even better.

TuboTax improvements

Errors were reported on the State return, however it was difficult to determine what the errors were. Also need to be able to enlarge help information, the fonts are small and difficult to read.

TurboTax Business 2024 was terrible this year

Was very disappointed with the product this year. There were bugs -- stuck fields, bad prompts, etc. Not enough step-by-step and too much reliance on you editing forms yourself. On top of that they never mentioned that a couple of the state returns they wouldn't e-file for me. At this point, what am I paying you for... ?

The Business version gives you the business

I have used different versions of TurboTax for over 30 years. This year I had to take care of a trust return for my parents with the business version. It was the worst experience ever and this return should have been very straightforward, but this version was totally useless. The help center was terrible because I had to sign in everytime and the website would not let me continue past the first page because it kept asking me what type of plan I wanted to buy. This version will probably get me to find a different tax solution. It needs to improve by improving access to IRS forms and make the search function much better. The HELP was terrible!!!!!!
