Fixed the mess left by a CPA

CPA put COGS in Office Supply expense, depreciated was off, and sold an asset by clearing the loan and coding it to draw and not even dealing with the asset or depreciation! Turbo Tax support, Amber, spent 3 hours on the phone with me and got everything right. We paid thousands to a CPA that left a mess and Turbo Tax fixed everything for much less. We are extremely happy with Turbo Tax and highly recommend it.

Distributions

Overall, I was able to complete the tax return needed for my trust. However, trying to get to the right outcome of no taxes due was not intuitive since I needed to enter the amount of the distribution to not be taxed on the trust return... 100% was not the right answer.

It works and taxes are finally filed

It would be helpful to have a tutorial to show you have to use the program for new purchases. More hints or information on calculations would be helpful. I accidentally found by right clicking that you can access more information regarding the sheet. It would have saved me a few days if I had known that was an option. I hope it is accurate! Compatibility with quicken even as an import. This is my first time going through the entire process by myself for a business.

Balancing

I like the program, but I end up spending lots of time for balancing the Balance sheet M1, M2, L, and the Depreciation form because there is no guidance why its flagging , to fix those errors.

TT gives me Big Headaches

Have problems every year. I cannot get things to change that need changing, yet important features and items, such as the business code, that should be transferred from the previous year are not transferred!! Drives me crazy!
