Horrendous installation process

Horrible experience in installing. I have used Turbotax since day one - the 80's ! and the installation of this LEGAL package, bought at an authorized reseller was a nightmare, had to get tech support to help. Turns out the system did not have C++ but the software did not generate any error code, it just did not activate nor run. Even your own tech was perplexed. luckily he was resourceful and we were able to solve the problem after a few hours I wasted all morning. Congratulations - you made Turbotax as unpleasant to deal with as the IRS.

This produce should 1) run on a Mac and 2) accept date from Quickbooks online

interface / turbo tax desktop software

There are parts of the filing that can still be confusing. especially when clicking on the forms button at the top right corner of the software during filing. After you click on forms to read through the tax forms, and when a user wants to go back, no button or tab takes the user to the place in the numbered steps where he was in the filing process. Instead, it takes the user to the middle of the process.
