I do enjoy using Turbo Tax

I was able to use Turbo Tax without trouble. I did not have to ask for support so did not use that feature.

TT for Business Does the Trick But Needs Improving

I have used TurboTax for Business (1065) for our partnership for a number of years. I have suggested for a number of years that the options for special allocations for partners be improved. For example, our partnership determines profit and losses based on special allocations, but the software insists that I use a percentage number in the spots where profits and losses are enumerated. This is true as well in the software for individual states. It means that I often have to override computations based on incorrect allocations. Also your software should recognize overrides and be able to add/subtract, etc. the replaced numbers so that accuracy is ensured.
I have noticed year after year, however, a smoother interface, and this year the tax software was for individual states was much improved.

Online Experience Sucks

The online experience is ridiculous. It is not user-friendly, it's confusing, and ultimately, it is a pure hassle every year. Finding the section to actually download the product is a mystery - I literally have to just go to google and search "download turbotax 2024" as it is impossible to find it when you're logged into your account. I consider myself a marginally intelligent person, but geez ....

TurboTax is good

Turbo tax needs to have a direct interface with QuickBooks online as opposed to downloading Quickbooks desktop file and importing to Quickbooks desktop.
