Natoya with Turbo Tax Live Assitance is Awesome!

I called the Turbo Tax Live Assisted Business help number on 8/26/2025 and spoke with Natoya. I was calling because I was confused about one of the questions going through the process of entering all the tax return information. Natoya was extremely helpful! She was kind and patient and had a very lovely demeanor. When I called I was frustrated and stressed out and Natoya was able to help me in such a wonderful way that it relieved my stress and frustration. Not only did she answer the one question I had called about, but she helped me complete the information for the whole rest of the return. She was excellent! She is a true asset to your company and she should be commended on her great customer service and kindness as a person. Thank you very much, Natoya!

CA research credit, Schedule P AMT NOL incorrect

CA Form 3523 for research credit is still missing from Turbotax CA State. And Turbotax does not make it easy to find this out. So, I ended up spending about an hour online to determine that Form 3523 is not supported by Turbotax, which means I cannot e-file CA Form 100. I need to save Turbotax-generated Form 100 and Schedule P(100) pdf, manually download and fill Form 3523, manually edit Turbotax's pdf file to change the credit amount and tax due in Form 100, print everything and mail. I also found an error on Schedule P(100), line 7b AMT NOL deduction. Turbotax left it empty (that is 0) even though it knows my NOL amount which is used in Form 1120 and 100. I understand that regular NOL and AMT NOL can be different due to adjustments and preferences but Turbotax knows from my answers there are zero adjustments/preferences. So I had to manually edit Schedule P(100) line 7b, which changed many lines underneath. Turbotax still left the TMT at itsold value with AMT NOL = 0, which I had to manually fix. Then fill Section B in Schedule P(100). My spent weeks working on this and because Turbotax did not make it clear what it can do, cannot do, and I trust Turbotax, so I am very uncomfortable with my manual edits. I knew Turbotax Business is not as good as Individual but I didn't know it is this bad.

its terrible. i double counts, it cant recalc. it requires manual updates to form entries.
