Still a Good Package

Most of the process was good and clear. But when i ran into error messages relative to the K-1 developed documents for the LLC partners - the recommended actions were not clear or detailed enough to get me going in the right direction. I had to request support to understand what was needed to correct the errors.

Great for federal; lacking for state taxes

The product was great. But it would sure be nice to know it CANNOT do North Dakota state returns! Now I have to figure out how to do that instead of just having the system transfer over the information. What a bummer.

Online Turbotax Business is a rip-off

You are being penalized for the very poor experience of the online business return program. It did not indicate any payment was due (a discounted amount of $$489 !!) until the last step. What a waste of time!!

A lot of issues I had to override. Some things were just plain wrong in Turbo Tax. Never used to have these kind of problems.
