Great Tool, But Needs Clearer Tax CategoryGuidance

I have used this tool for years and appreciate its capabilities. However, it really needs better, more detailed explanations for what to include in each section. With new family and retirement-related taxes now in place, it’s not always obvious where these payments should be entered. Clearer guidance in the instructions — especially with examples — would make the process faster, easier, and more accurate.

Was great having the software fill out the forms. Most of the questions were pretty straight forward. Had to do a little research on some, but otherwise very manageable.

I am unhappy with your product for multiple reasons.
First, Your desktop does not work with your online quickbooks. honestly that is ridiculous and extrremely hard to work with. You seriously need to fix that.
Second, calling into get help, I got different levels of competency and very incorrect help. After 3 people, I finally talked with someone I thought actually knew what they were talking about and offered some good help.
Third: on Form 1065, "Total partners liab is not equal to total liabilities. Im supposed to attach a reconciliation per form instructions." There are no instructions, no forms, no nothing to help me. I don't know why the liabilities aren't equal, but no help to fix it.

In the end, I don't think you have a good product for this level of taxes. You should just stick with simple tax forms or get really good at the difficult stuff. Thats where we need help anyway. And quickbooks quality has gone way down. I am looking for other options going forward.
