Was great having the software fill out the forms. Most of the questions were pretty straight forward. Had to do a little research on some, but otherwise very manageable.

I am unhappy with your product for multiple reasons.
First, Your desktop does not work with your online quickbooks. honestly that is ridiculous and extrremely hard to work with. You seriously need to fix that.
Second, calling into get help, I got different levels of competency and very incorrect help. After 3 people, I finally talked with someone I thought actually knew what they were talking about and offered some good help.
Third: on Form 1065, "Total partners liab is not equal to total liabilities. Im supposed to attach a reconciliation per form instructions." There are no instructions, no forms, no nothing to help me. I don't know why the liabilities aren't equal, but no help to fix it.

In the end, I don't think you have a good product for this level of taxes. You should just stick with simple tax forms or get really good at the difficult stuff. Thats where we need help anyway. And quickbooks quality has gone way down. I am looking for other options going forward.

Some picky issues

I had a couple of issues this year.
1) I started my returns in March on my old PC. I was forced by Microsoft to buy a new PC with Win 11 (a disaster!). All files were transferred from my old PC but TT Business didn't seem to think I had bought the GA state return part. Fortunately, I was able to re-download it after realizing tha I had to restart TTB before installing it.
2) When I came to the final review, I couldn't continue because schedule K1 distributions did not agree with "Scheduke K". I had to call support 3 times and finally we figured out that the error was a typo on Form 1120S worksheet.
