Unhappy with product

I am unhappy that my taxes were filed and paid by e-file through Turbo Tax and the payment to the State of Massachusetts has not been withdrawn from my account yet. We filed our business taxes, both federal and state, with turbo tax on June 17, 2025. The paperwork from Turbo Tax tells us they e-filed my tax return and payment to the State of Massachusetts but the dollars have not been taken out of our account.
