makes you fill out basic information manually

get to filing and there are huge swaths of basic questions missing answers and i have to fill out the 1065 manually. why did i pay for this?

Never using TurboTax again

I will never use your product again. It is unacceptable how many bugs it has. It is also unacceptable that your website FORCES everyone to go through your wizard, even if they know exactly what they need.
Here were the two most obvious bugs I encountered this time. First, when filing an extension, the program asks "Do you want to file an extension?" and then when you say "yes," completely ignores your response and keeps going with the return. There is NO WAY to file an extension through your product.
Second, when entering the % for beneficiaries for an estate, the program NEVER asks for the % breakdown until the review, then discovers the missing % as an error, and then does not allow you to override the field. The only way to fix it is to manually correct it on the PDF.
There is far more wrong with the product than just these examples, but I'm not being paid to fix your errors. I am paying YOU, not the other way around.
Given my review, I strongly suspect that you will delete it and not post it. It will be interesting to see if I'm wrong.

In past years if I was looking for a topic the search option allowed you to jump to the topic desired. The new chat is worthless since I get answers for items other then questions asked.
