i used my Quickbooks to access Turbo Tax. I had live assist. The information I needed for this years Tax showed up on the form that I filed (online only). When it generated the form and sent it to the IRS, none of my rental information was on the form. Why would it generate the information from Quickbooks and not keep that information when transmitted. Very confusing and definitely not worth $500. I will not use Turbo Tax again for any of my Tax needs.

Easy to use and helpful tips and hints. They couldn't do my state return so I ended up having to do that from scratch which is unfortunate.

for like-kind property no place to enter the address for the new purchased property and in form 8824 Turbotax uses the address of the disposed property for the new property

Gets the job done and price is right.

Im an infrequent user, once a year only. Generally, the program gets the job done, but there are times that it is confusing. For instance, to fix an issue I had to move to the forms section, but it took a phone call to TT to find that out. Better than paying a preparer though, for sure.

TurboTax Business desktop got it wrong!

It printed the wrong CA LLC form and I had to spend hours trying to resolve this. Should have filled out the state form myself instead of wasting money with Turbo Tax CA State
