Love TT, but there are some bugs...

The product had issues trying to load the state filing software. I purchased from a 3rd party, and the TT Expert wanted me to return the 3rd party software and purchase from TT directly to resolve the issue. We spent 2 hours on the telephone that day. Fortunately, another expert helped to resolve the matter the next morning in about 30 minutes. She was the only reason it wasn't a 1 star adventure ride!

TurboTax is barely tolerable!

1) The California state product does not guide very well.
2) This is not easy like you advertise. Many acronyms are not explained.
3) The product needs to be available for Chromebook. Microsoft is too clunky, and my MS10 is not going to be supported any more.
