Worked well for 2 member LLC that is not really a business, but a form of ownership for a family property. The property does rent out a residence and occasionally sells timber. One problem: when getting NY state forms, mistakenly got NY City forms as well.

Problem with 199-A Wages Allocations

There needs to be a step in the flow to specify the wages amount for each shareholder's 199-A statement. TurboTax always automatically allocates wages proportionally according to the shareholder's ownership percentage. That is incorrect if the shareholders are paid differing amounts.

Not easy to download software. I needed to contact Intuit Customer Service for help. Consider adding step-by-step written instructions to help users experiencing software download issues. Since I only use a windows-based laptop once a year to prepare my business taxes, it turned out that there was no storage remaining to download the software. Thankfully, your friendly Customer Service rep walked me through the process.

Terrible, I had to contact someone to purchase turbo tax. I have used turbo tax for over 15 years and always enjoyed it. The person that made the decision to only have online purchase should be fired.
