No State Return Available!?

Very disappointed to find out that the state of Indiana could not use this software to file state returns --- after completing the federal return. It defeated the whole point of preparing and filing them together. I will have to find and pay a professional to complete 2024s state taxes.

There are areas in the worksheets and forms that are pulling incorrect information and there is no "help" or "guide me" instructions to direct the user where in the worksheet is the information located to be able to make the appropriate changes. This is very frustrating and time consuming as I spent hours going back and forth between forms and worksheets which failed to correct the issues. I am very uncomfortable as I do not know if the information in the actual returns filed with IRS and state is accurate. These issues should be corrected as the software was expensive but mostly it exposes the taxpayer to unnecessary potential audits.

The software is pretty buggy and they don't bother to explain a lot of things very clearly. Still, it basically gets the job done.

Never had this much trouble with Turbo Tax. Bought Home and Business to do my brothers trusts and find out I have to use Business. Now I need to scan the receipt to get a refund. Then I find out Business does not include State, no Oregon what so ever. I am having trouble saving the files so I can retreave them. Those on my computer seem to want to shift to my laptop and then not be available at all. Very frustrating.

TT Business for IL Estates & Trusts is Worthless

Executing TurboTax Business at the Federal Level is good.....but at the Illinois state level, the software is almost worthless. TurboTax for Illinois Estates and Trusts is Absolutely worthless. There is NO help, no way to deleted certain forms EXCEPT to delete and start over....
Worthless at best.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
