Generates awful PDFs to print and mail

The printable documents are awful. Can't read them or understand as the words overrun each page. Not a copy to save or send out. I am using Microsoft 365. Fix that, and you will be good. The flow of how-to file is pretty seamless and easy

I've used TurboTax for several years. I like expansion of their offerings. However, sometimes, the explanations are well-above my head. Meaning one star has been deducted. I understand that we can pay for additional support and have a live person available. But it should not be a requirement of getting a thorough explanation. I like the transfer of the information to the next tax year. That is always helpful. Overall a great product and I will use it again in the future as my go-to tax software.

Turbo Tax For Business is Not Perfect

Be careful if you are doing a trust that is a grantor trust. The Tubo Tax system keeps defaulting to the grantor being the trustee, which is not the case in our situation. I tried repeatedly to override this default, and it kept reverting back to the grantor being the trustee. I eventually went on a forum, which explained sufficiently how to override. But this took me 2 hours longer than it should. On the forum, it also said it was a known issue.
