Honestly easier to fill paperwork yourself

Janky software, Had an issue getting in a sign in loop between Intuit, turbotax and then Turbotax buisness. Ended up buying product multiple times as got stuck in signup loop. Product feels half baked, honestly feels simpler doing paperwork yourself and mailing in. Selected "will send check" for payment but the efile return sheet lists ACH and turbotax doesn't give an address to send the check nor a payment printout.

Dose a Great Job - with one short fall

Turbo Tax Business does a GREAT Job preparing Estate/Trust - form 1041 - returns. My ONLY COMPLAINT is that I have to buy all the other Business stuff to file a simple Trust tax return. Fiduciary tax returns are something many of us who have no other use for the other capabilities of TTaxBusiness. Preparing Estate/Trust returns should be part of Turbo Tax Premier, which accommodates receiving a Form 1041 Schedule K-1.

TurboTax Business Printing Still Broken (2025)

DO NOT BUY if you're looking for fully functional software that fulfills its marketing promises. TurboTax Business will help you input information to complete the tax filing - mostly. There are a few forms that the program required that print out, complete, then scan and upload. For ALL of those forms, the program fails to print. Not only does it fail to print, but it crashes and asks the user to send in a report of what they were doing when the crash occurred. This is hugely problematic. (1) The "help" section for TurboTax Business at Intuit.com has a number of reports of this exact problem, with no solution. Those reports go back for years, with no indication that anyone at Intuit knows about the issue or cares. (2) Why would the TurboTax program NOT know what I was doing when it failed. Why is it my responsibility to complete a bug report (which seems to go nowhere, since the bug has been around for years, betraying countless users buyers and users of the software). Where do I send the bill for supporting their tech support? There are other companies that can help you file your business tax return. Look elsewhere if you want to pay premium price for software that doesn't completely work.

Needs investment documents import feature

I have to use the business edition for a Trust my father in law left for some of his descendants. Not being able to import the document packages, which the much less expensive personal tax version supports, is ridiculous. If I had another choice, I would not use this software...

Not the easiest experience this year

First, it took a while on your website for figure out which product I needed to purchase to prepare a F1041. I've purchased the same product for the last five years. Why not just let me click on my account and purchase the current year with one button? Second, extremely frustrated that I couldn't import income data on the trust return the same as on my 1040. It would have saved me hours!

Generates awful PDFs to print and mail

The printable documents are awful. Can't read them or understand as the words overrun each page. Not a copy to save or send out. I am using Microsoft 365. Fix that, and you will be good. The flow of how-to file is pretty seamless and easy
