Turbo Tax CA State Return was missing one

I needed a payment voucher form for CA for fiduciary e-filed returns (form 3843) and it was NOT INCLUDED in the forms that turbo Tax provided/printed, yet it told me I needed it!!! I had to hunt it down online myself.

trouble importing my QB 2020 data

I had a terrible time trying to import my Quick Books 2020 data. Plus, as I tried to get information about it, your website would continually make me sign in, over and over again. I ended up (after many hours of waisted time) entering everything manually. terrible - terrible - terrible.

On-line live help was a great benefit. The help was needed because of glitches in the program. Even the tech had issues fixing the glitch.

TurboTax Business for Trusts is useless

I used this product for a Trust 1041. While much more expensive, it does not include any of the features of TurboTax Premier which I use for my taxes such as the ability to download brokerage statements. Will not use this again.

Yay! The solution to my problems.

Even though I used Turbotax last year, I decided to buy HR Block software because it was cheaper than the Turbotax. I found that it was confusing and hard to see the print onscreen. too difficult to use. The software was much easier than HR Block because it walks you through everything. Thanks!

Every year the software download gives me issues. I have yet to complete the software download on the 1st or 2nd try.

It was not very comprehensive when looking at the questions and then looking at the form. They were not necessarily the same which made this a complicated experience for my first time. I probably won't do this again, especially for the cost!

Much better than previous versions. I've been using TurboTax Business for many years and wished it to be comparable with TurboTax. It is getting more user friendly with more help and tips.
