kept crashing throgout. Could be made simpler with more information on certain aspects. The Esignature form that we need to uplaod doesn't show signature in preview

Mostly incredibly helpful, enough so that I don't need to use an accountant to do my trust returns. Don't feel certain, though, that Schedule F is being consistently incorporated year to year.

Terrible experience this year on 1041 forms

Mediocre product and experience this year. Specifically issues for Feb versions on 1041 that I had to find and report to TT in the user forums. 1) K-1 Line 2 should read from Line 14b of "distributable income for Sched K-1". It did not read this value. 141 Sched B Line 3 should read from Sched D, Line 19, Col 1. It did not read this value. There were also other errors in 1041 forms that apparently TT then fixed in the late March release. So, in conclusion, I paid for your product that did not work, I spent my time troubleshooting it and reporting your errors, and then you fixed them in a later release. Interesting business model where paying customers need to find errors in your software.

I love how it pulls data from the prior year - this saves a lot of time and also shows a comparison year over year so you can get reminded as to what you inputted the prior year.

Difficult to get through the State and Federal forms that should have all the answers when you go through the initial check and answer. Those questions need to be done earlier in the proocess
