worst experience ever -

I have had the worse experience of my life with turbo tax and intuit after 20 years of using their products. I have spent hours on the phone, spent tons on quickbooks on-line was told if I purchased the more expensive online plus that it would seamlessly transfer into turbo tax, all of it was lies they do not work together and never have, its all useless money spent to aid in preparing a business return

I trust Turbo Tax!

I have used Turbo Tax Business for my parents trust for the last 9 years. 2024 is the final year. I couldn't have done it without this program. I trust Turbo Tax for all my taxes. I have used it for my personal taxes for more than 30 years.

I waisted my money on TurboTax Business

Multiple issues with TurboTax Business:
1) It cost more that other produce yet it will not download brokerage or bank information like the other products. I have a simple trust account and was required to use this version. (brokerage accounts is my only input)
2) Product has bug in it that I was unable to resolve after 2 hours of IT help. if 1099 DIV has value in box 5 a 199A DIV. The software dose not handle correctly and forced me to print and mail in forms. What a waist.

No Edward Jones data upload and no NM State softwa

I prefer to use Turbotax products but I was disappointed that Turbotax Business (for a small trust) didn't include a way to upload mutual fund stock trades from Edward Jones. I was also very disappointed to find, after I had purchased the product, that I was unable to download New Mexico tax preparation.

This was my first time using TT for a trust return. I was confused at first with some of the information asked for but understood it much better when I went to the Q&A version vs. forms.
I had trouble getting through the filing steps but once I spoke to phone support it went fine.
