TurboTax has a major flaw!

The live expert was great and tried his best to help me. However, TurboTax has a major glitch. When I sent an "Extension" on 3/14/25, TurboTax recorded it as a RETURN instead of an EXTENSION.
I even verified this on IRS site that no return was filed for 2024. After working with agent for over 2 hours, I had to print an Amended Return and send it by mail to IRS.

Very Dissapointed

This was a horrible experience. I use Turbotax Deluxe every year and I love it. This year I had to buy the Business version just to do an estate return. It was nearly $200 and did not live up to what I expect of Turbotax. Very dissapointed.

does not work on all the boxes, I checked with the IRS and my entries are correct, but you show them as an error and would not let me efile

My experience with TurboTax was great! My tax expert/assistant was awesome and super helpful with all the questions I had. They made the process easy to understand, and I was able to complete everything stress-free. Highly recommend!

TurboTax Business Desktop Issues

The Desktop version of TurboTax Business was very hard to find online. TurboTax kept steering me back to the online version which I did not want. Also, I followed the instructions to print, sign, upload and attach a form but TurboTax Business refused to attach the signed version. I repeated the steps multiple times with the same result. Finally, I had to e-file the unsigned version. It was very frustrating.
