OK but Problematic

My experience was mixed. Several times I had to look on the web for information that the form brought up but didn't explain -- Example -- what is the four letter code I need at the end to file electronically and where do I find it (Community Help said to go back to the IRS form giving me the EIN). Another time I was asked if I want to carry an NOL forward, then told the proper form and where to find it -- but it wasn't there.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Tiffany is AWESOME!!

I had the pleasure of talking to Tiffany on 4/9/25 at 3:36 pm. I was having an issue with my email on my account and couldn't access the Turbo Tax Business software I had purchased the night before. She was patient, understanding, and helped me gain access to the software I purchased and took the time to help me resolve my email issue with my account. She was absolutely amazing, very professional and went the extra mile for me. I can't thank her enough.

TurboTax Business for Trust

Very Unclear this year. Struggled with many questions. Had to call TurboTax for help. MAKE entries easier to understand. EXPLAIN clearly !!!! Next year, I might have to go to professional CPA. I have been using TurboTax Business for over five years. This year was the worst !!!! However, I called TurboTax online help, and Luciano was GREAT!!!!

Disappointed that Ohio State Tax Return could not be filed in TurboTax. Apparently it isn't available yet.

Great till its not

It's great. Till it's not. Using Business Desk Top Version. When you are reviewing and come across a problem on a page, there's not much help from TurboTax to figure out exactly what line and what the problem actually is. Plus, you get all done and then realize you can't file electroncally because of form 6765. SO UNBELIEVABLY ANNOYING. FOR GOODNESS SAKE ADD FORM 6765.

Turbo tax SUCKS

Turbo Tax SUCKS for trust filing. It's supposed to guide you through the process and fill out the necessary forms. It should also explain terminology so people who aren't lawyers or CPAs will understand. It doesn't do any of that. I literally requires you to manually select forms you need, without offering to add them.

terrible experience

This was a terrible experience! The program put me in an endless loop - explaining that one of the forms was incomplete, but the program did not allow me to enter the information in the form. I had to call support, and the support team member was able to overide the problem.
