It could be more forthcoming about some errors. Also, unable to add additional attachments to the return. Unable to chat with someone while doing the return.

If you are a Trust plan on doing a LOT of research

Turbo Tax is pretty good. There are some forms that lack explanation and TT does not allow you to go to some of the questions it asks to do forms, such as the balance sheet.

Please make it easier to reconcile book income with with return income on Turbotax Business for C-Corporations. If you fix it, I believe it will be a big help to a significant number of customers. Thanks.

The IRS instructions are lengthy, complex, and not easy to follow.
Very grateful to Turbo Tax. They were invaluable in guiding me thru the forms and the many additional schedules required. Well done!
