Turbo Tax is the way to go...

I was intimidated going in, but Turbo Tax quickly calmed me down. Very easy to navigate with answers for every question I had at my fingertips. I have paid a CPA for over 20 yrs. to have this done and am thrilled at the savings this has afforded me. I will highly recommend this product to anyone how asks.

Too Many Bugs For The Price

There were a ton of bugs around selections not saving as I was moving through it. One example being did I pay contractors. I did last year but this year I wanted to select no and it would NOT save at all. It kept the "Yes" answer no matter what I tried. Also towards the end the check before filing federal one radio selection didn't save. For the amount you all charge there should be NO BUGS. Will probably not buy again next year.

Not as good as you use to be!!

Problem with uploading document. The uploaded document would not show up in the file to be submitted electronically or to print despite numerous attempts. Contacted customer service and was not able to solve the problem. Forced me to print off tax return and mail. I've been using Turbo tax for 30 years. Seriously need to look at another tax software company.
