Intuit software is ridiculously horrible

First, even though we were tricked into using Quickbooks Online for our record keeping, there is STILL not an easy way to move data over for completing taxes .... no excuse for this.
Second, Intuit does not support filing WV State Taxes electronically .... this is ridiculous at this point.
We hopefully will not be using your product much longer.

TurboTax is a great tool for small businesses

Great for small businesses. There are definitely bugs in the system, but enough people use turbotax that there are forums with answers online.
We tried the TurboTax help, but in general, they are quite useless and online forums seem to know more.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

First, there needs to be a Mac version of this software, just like there is for all other Turbtax products.
Second, this software is needlessly complicated and uninformative for someone who has a vacation home held in a trust, with nothing but rental income and associated expenses. There should be an "express" simplified version for common trusts.
Finally, many times on review the software will say that an entry is needed at a certain place, but it is not clear what information is being requested, and the software provides literally zero help in puzzling that out.

I like the program

I've used Turbo tax for many years and like the program. I always find it confusing as you prepare to file the return with so many different windows for printing the return. When I am ready to file, I would like to come to one final window that allows me to print a complete filing copy (without instructions assuming I am filing by mail) and a file copy to be retained with filing instructions.

Easy to use and is a learning tool as well

I use this for a small family trust. So easy and I save $200-$300 for work that a tax accountant would do in a few minutes.
