Cannot import from financial institutions

For the life of me I cannot understand why the more expensive business version of TurboTax cannot import tax information from financial institutions. This is something that the far less expensive personal version of TurboTax has been able to do for years.

I've been using TurboTax for over 10 years, and it never disappoints. Most of the questions and doubts you can have are usually covered, or at least you get information about where to find answers.

Simple or Complex Trust

I am trustee and sole beneficiary so I believe it should be a simple trust. TurboTax changes it to a "Complex" trust. I don't know how to prevent this.

Transferring from QuickBooks Online to the TurboTax Business have never worked for me.
L form, M1 and M2 form balance with QuickBooks accounting books is not user friendly.

Turbo Tax was easy to use

Software is easy to use. However, it wouldn't allow me to import my data file from QuickBooks so I had to manually enter the data. This feature needs to be improved.
