Annoying gremlin

Went well until final review when program wouldn't accept corrections even though they were same as last year. All were minor, e.g., title of trust had too many letters. Took me umpteen tries over two days to finally get return accepted for fling and I still don't know what I did to get the corrections accepted. There's a nasty little gremlin in the program which I hope they dig out next year.

TurboTax Has glitches, but expert helped

The Software itself has many glitches preventing from smooth EFile the returns. However, your expert Waverly spent hours with me online and helped to overcome these issues

TurboTax doesn't e-file with CO

Several times numbers from previous year's return didn't come through. There were also cases where last year's selections weren't showing, so you have to re-look things up (Form B2, etc.) The whole bit with form 8453-PE and the physical signing - good grief! President Bill Clinton made it so e-mail was a valid signature! AND...I still can't e-file with CO. I feel like, for the grand price you are asking for this product, it's not doing very much for me. Looking into other options. At least I didn't have to fight the activation this year, so something got fixed - thanks.

Where is TurboTax Business for a Mac?

TurboTax Business is great and very easy to use for our family trust. I wish there was a version available for use on a Mac as we have transitioned to Mac for our computers and had to revive an old Windows machine. Don't know if that will work next year.

Turbotax was not awesome this year.

This is the first year I have had problems with Turbotax. I've used Turbotax since the '80s. I'm disappointed. It goes into loops that I can't get out of without starting the return over as well as other issues. Not happy. I'll have to think long and hard next year before purchasing either the business or the personal. I purchase both.

Horrible product. Intuit/Turbotax couldn't care less about its customers. No help for "error 2", no way to directly import from QB Online, and no way to get help from someone who actually knows the product. This is absolutely the last year I will use their bad products
