Difficult to use, very little useful help

Very little useful information in the help files to explain terms, or explain the differences between various classes of trusts, etc. Turbotax Business was used to file for a Trust, without distributions this year, yet the program insisted I make a distribution and prepare distribution forms.

Issues. Can't file extensions electronically? Confusing, had to look up basic information that Turbo should handle. NOL kept asking to remove yet what should I remove and why.

Great for Personal Taxes; Awful for Trusts

For Trusts, I still find this difficult to use. When I log in to my Intuit account, it launches me into a questionairre having nothing to do with a trust. I had to exist out and go to the product sales page, and guess which product I needed, and the only clue I got that I was right was a survey question where "Trust" was a valid choice. I hate this. My only solace is that I have only have to do this once a year, and that my son will eventually turn 21.
It's also hard to use for my very simple case. I have only some interest earned on a money market, and zero distributions. Yet I still have to answer all of these other questions. ChatGPT knew more about what I have to do. It's excellent for personal taxes, not so good for Trusts.

Form 8453-FE did not show signature in review

It went ok. The only problem i had was when i attached the signed 8453-FE form in the review it did not show my signature but when i looked at the attachments tap it showed the signature???

TurboTax Business - Desktop could be improved

This gets the job done, but it is lacking in some key ways.
- I was required to provide a statement about where a Form 1116 entry came from. TurboTax should at least provide guidance on that statement and should be able to provide the statement.
- Form 8949 allows a summary of 1099-B to be entered along with sending a copy of the 1099-B. TurboTax Business - Desktop accomodated that entry and adds the comment "See Attached Stmt" but then does not provide a way to attach the 1099-B statement.
- It would be very nice if a version was provided for all states (MN in this case).

Why the flip is TurboTax Business unable to import the 1099's (INT, DIV, 1099-B)?? TurboTax Personal can do it with no problem.
