This is an exceptional package. It is easy to use and gives you help when you run into a jam. I've used the business locally installed package as well as the online personal application. Both are exceptional in my opinion.

Product did not include State tax filing for Ohio

This was my first experience with Turbo Tax Buusiness. The instructions for entering tax data were clear. Federal tax prep and filing was smooth. I was, however VERY DISAPPOINTED that Turbo Tax Business did not include state filing for Ohio. I had to complete the state form by hand and mail by hand. I felt that I was "short changed" by Turbo Tax. Everyone must file both federal and state tax forms 1041 and IT1041 for my state. Turbo tax should include the state form Ohio IT1041 in the software package. Carl

Difficult to use, very little useful help

Very little useful information in the help files to explain terms, or explain the differences between various classes of trusts, etc. Turbotax Business was used to file for a Trust, without distributions this year, yet the program insisted I make a distribution and prepare distribution forms.
