Turbo Tax 2024 Has Regressed

TurboTax for business is not as smooth as TurboTax Premier since it doesn't allow an electronic feed of stock information. Also, the HELP section via AI is useless.

TurboTax needs to be better in explaining topics

Some questions were hard to interrupt or understand and I had to do extra research to answer questions. The program hard to navigate if one has to go back and forth between different sections.

K-1s remain a mystery. Some items,, such as item 14 on a k-1 have code numbers that require statements but no guidance is given regarding the contents of those statements. Then on final review, empty spaces are noted requiring an entry but no guidance is given as to what to enter.

Still has glitches

I kept getting an error message when I went to print. The message said there were errors in the returns, even though each return passed the review to move on. ANDY was great. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me to solve my dilemma. The problems were program related, not tax questions.
