Turbo tax is good but could be better

The carry forward losses or gains should be more elaborate. Non farm vs farm method comparison would help.

TurboTax just kept me in a cycle of "something's wrong" with your return but not telling me the issue. Pretty frustrating and tedious.

very little help and guidance

Balance sheet was extremely confusing and offered little guidance to correct my mistakes wish this system could of recognized my error and guided me to correct it. Once i was able to get assistance from another person it was clear and obvious where i went wrong. i hope to see improved systems in next years system

Awful interface just to log in and utilize your account. Keeps sending me to my personal tax account...not good. Not a user friendly experience. Need more categories for deductions to accurately reflect expenses. Why is this a desktop project when the personal is online?

Some instructions are confusing

Some instructions are confusing at the end after filing the taxes. It says I need to print and mail the documents to the Government, but this form doesn't have any forms in it.
