TurboTax is legit

TurboTax is very easy to use. It is also thorough for most tax situations. I have been using it for 10 years. It makes S Corp filings very manageable.

Net Operating Loss form connection is non-existent

In prior years, carrying the net operating loss forward (this is a trust tax return) was fully integrated in TurboTax. This year it just identified the issue & options and I was left on my own with incomprehensible IRS forms. I will need to hire an accountant to review my 2024 return, amend it if necessary, and to do future returns as well. I'm not a happy customer & will not use TurboTax again for a trust tax return

A very poor product with pervasive issues

1. Absolutely *insane* that you cannot import transactions from QuickBooks Online, when you've forced people away from QB Desktop versions. You're the same company! Make it integrated! People have been commenting on this issue for YEARS and your product team refuses to fix it?? Starting to think you purposefully make the software hard to use so that people will be upsold to hiring your live agents to help.
2. Not Mac friendly?? That's really not hard to do. Unacceptable.
3. Overall just a poorly designed product. Not intuitive, feels like it hasn't been updated in a decade. Information is hard to find and/or incomplete. Definitely going to switch to another provider next year.

Misspellings, incorrect descriptions, and telephone "help" that is no help have become worse and worse over the years, causing far too much grief. Looking for a better solution.

Easy and fast but expensive

Pretty easy and explanatory. Navigating the software was fine, but it is expensive. At 190, almost 200 dollars, I find it too expensive, especially for a small business. There should be at least a discount for long time customers like me. Or a one-time special promo of 50% off or something.

Talk to two different persons on 3-7-25 trying to e-file my return for a 1120-S form and turbo tax would never accept the return to file
