Trying to fix program bug.

There is a bug in the program. I spent over 3.5 hours on the phone trying to get it resolved. I had to override two items on my return. I suppose I'll find out next year if it got fixed.

no Iowa return possible

I was not able to use turbo tax to file my iowa state return. if this is not fixed I will be switching next year.

TurboTax is great... until it isn't

Great step by step instructions and help for most things but then when the error check finds an issue I feel like I'm thrown to the wolves with no background of what I'm being asked or where to figure out the solution/answer. Luckily I had very few issues in error check but it's frustrating how good the main software is and then at the last minute there's little support. TurboTax is still the best affordable way to complete complex taxes.
