What verson of QuickBooks should I use next year,

Turbo Tax is great. Why QB online is not able to export file for Turbo Tax seems ridicules.

TT Business Federal is great, but CA State is not!

2024 Federal TurboTax Business for 1120-S is pretty good 4.5*: the input requested from the user in a questionnaire format and its automatic selection of the right tax forms and what goes where. The additional info on the way is also helpful, but my situation was very simple for an S-Corp.
But 2024 State TurboTax Business for CA 100S was not that great: 3*. It did not have sufficient knowledge base to do all the things on its own and I had to dig into some of the FTB websites. It faltered in filling Form 3805Q for categorizing my company as GEN or ESB, not giving any hints on what Code to use for ESB, and simply not doing the Two-Year Comparison correctly for 2024, as well as not taking that info from last year's CA Form 100S, although I used TurboTax Business for that, too.
So, an average score of approx. 4*.

ANNOYING! INTUIT licenses DON'T Work/Updates ARGG

I HATE the fact that I have to register with INTUIT every single time! Even just to open what I just want to see to double check an item or typo. I keep getting error code 605 when I want to install TurboTax on my other computer! I am allowed 5 computers and can't register the 2nd one. Having to go through the updates on prior years is ANNOYING!
INTUIT was supposed to hold the licenses for NEAT RECEIPTS, QUICKEN, QuickBOOKS and TURBOTAX but they are all over the place and it is FRUSTRATING trying to use what I paid for.
I have every TURBOTAX cd since you started and the updates even hours later are unnecessary unless there is a true change. The 4 min is more like 15. SO disappointed.

STOP Internet requirement

Although I do enjoy Turbo Tax, the internet requirement and lack of a disk is making me consider other options for next year. My businesses are in a rural area and internet is not available at a reasonable cost. I have to drive into town to get service and this is a chore for me. Please consider going back to a disk and make it possible to work on stuff without internet service.
