Dear Turbo Tax,
I was already enrolled for the Turbo Tax Advantage on September 2024, but when I went to my account yesterday, there was no download option that was given to me------ even though my credit card was charged by Turbo Tax on November 2024.
I had to pay again for March 15 so I can file my business tax return on time as there was no representative I can call:

I would like to get reimbursed for the extra payment that was charged to my card.
Other than that, I am happy with Turbo Tax and have been using it for years.

First time this has had a problem.

Usually this product works beautifully. We are a partnership. This means our return has to be sent in by March 17th.This year there was a broken link in the farm section that prevented me from deleting capital equipment items that had been sold or disposed of. I called for help, they said they'd get onto it and it should be resolved by Monday, the 17th. Will see.

PTET issue resolve w/amazing Supervisor Samantha

I called for assistance with the 2024 Desktop AZ 120S Corp Tax Return. The first supervisor was not familiar with Corp Return and kept telling me I needed a Tax Preparer when I was telling her it was and EFile error due to overrides, but I had to do overrides as the system was not populating. Called back and reached Samantha who was the bomb! She wasn't that well versed on the Corp side either but she was typing to get help as we were talking out the problems and trying to find solutions. After 1hr45min, she received a message about right clicking on box and click on Data Source which took us to the page where the error of an unchecked box for Voluntary PTET was. Once we checked the Box, all other questions and amounts populated. So Samantha hung in there and found someone that gave us the Data Source solution. Thank you so much for all your help. They are very fortunate to have an employee like Samantha who was going to be on the phone with me until we got the issue resolved. Well Done!
