AFTER YEARS OF USING THIS PRODUCT, HOW COME IT NEVER GETS ANY BETTER ???
WHERE IS THE SIMPLE "GO BACK" ACTION BEFORE ACTION BEFORE ACTION - LIKE JUST ABOUT EVERY OTHER CUMMULATIVE PROGRAM IN USE ???
AND WHY, IF DESIRED, CAN'T WE GET A DISK COPY OF THE PROGRAM ANYMORE ???
FINALLY, AS A LONG TIME USER, WHY CAN'T I ORDER IT WITH A SERIOUS DISCOUNT ???

Awful. If you have something very simple, it is ok. But if you need to do a like-kind exchange, the program makes a lot of mistakes. Also, it is very difficult to figure out where calculated numbers came from. I have used TurboTax, (business and personal) for more than 15 years; I think it was much better 10 years ago than now. In addition, I was not able to amend and e-file my previous year's federal return.

Every year you change everything and hard to follow. Now your app will only print less than half size, I have tried everything and will not print. My state requires return to be mailed.
