It was very intuitive and self-filing friendly. Does not feel the same this year

Turbotax should do a much better job of having the software updated. My return was rejected three times and Turbotax finally told me that their software needed to be updated and I was told on the due dated that I could not file because they needed to update the software.

You should be able to import from Quickbooks, BUT.

You should be able to import from Quickbooks (online). Disappointed that the categories that Quickbooks tracks do not align with Turbo Tax.

Turbo Tax needs AI

Good software but needs better search engine and help. I referred to ChatGPT many times to find IRS forms for specific topic and to get explanation of what technical term meant. Also asked Chat how to report various items. Would have been better to have an AI built into Turbo Tax
