Federal product good, CA product is incomplete

Problem with Calif form 100S, Schedule L and M-1. Values in these Schedules do not consistently carry forward information from previous year. Also, value for Schedule L, Line 17(b) did not carry forward from Federal form and had to be overwritten.

Sadly they no longer show the running total (in the upper left of the turboTax) of what you owe or are refunded...

TT for Business 2024: Product could be improved.

Overall, it is easy to use. However, there were a few cases where the proper information was not carried over from my last year's return. This was a disappointment, because I had to struggle to find that information myself in last year's saved PDF copy.

The software is clumsy, keeps asking repetitive questions, and consumes more times than it should. It keeps wanting to direct me to using their tax advisory services

Turbo Tax Technical Issue

I encountered an error when doing my state taxes. I spent four plus hours on the phone with the support personnel to rectify the issue. The solution was a creative one the second customer service rep devised, while legal is skirted the bounds. I was disappointed to have paid the sum of money I did for the Intuit tax product only to spend four hours plus on the phone with a technical rep to resolve a programming issue.
