Turbo your way to Adequacy and Significance.

How does TurboTax forget when members joined my LLC if it is in last year's file? Little unexplanable glitch that happens every year.

Bugs everywhere

Glitchy as heck. Every year they find a new way to make your life more difficult. Sometimes the program doesn't even load, sometimes it forces me to fill out forms that aren't even relevant to me (and filling out those forms would mean lying to the IRS so you have to get comfortable switching between "Forms" and "Step-By-Step"), and it makes me re-answer questions when I go back to review, some entries (namely Inventory) won't save, and my access code didn't even work, and their contact info only knows how to send me to a tax professional instead of tech support. I really want to like Turbotax because the explanations are good for beginners (but could be better honestly) but the glitches are too frustrating to make it worth half the cost.

Confusing

The result of the depreciation for a replacement of an appliance is very confusing. I tried to input the replacement a few times, it gave me different results, depending on which page I navigated to after I input the replacement information.
Also, I have to reenter the State partnership information again and again, although it is the same as the federal input and the same as last year. Why can't Turbo Tax transfer the info from the federal input?

TurboTax Opportunity to improve

Usually a good product but always checking just before e-file and finds more issues even the software indicated that the return has no error/issue and is ready to file. I get the same issue issue every year. Why the software can't check all entries before indicating ready to e-file? Some of instructions are not very clear (but so IRS instructions). A lot of information for both federal and state returns should be copied from previous year's TurboTax return to minimize data entry and making mistake at starting of each return. This will save a lot of time and frustration to enter some information.

No stars, don't buy

I would have entered fewer stars if possible. You teased me with being able to import from QBO, but then would only import from the desktop version and sent me to QBO to pay you again for assistance when I already purchased this product. Next, the interview was abysmal - didn't remember any of my choices, endless loops of trying to sell me more services - felt like I was buying a low cost carrier airfare. Finally, the forms did not work and I ended up just deleting some that were reported to be necessary just to finish. I have been doing my own business taxes for decades and the product just keeps getting worse. I know you want me to pay for a person, but can you just make the product work?

Great prioduct. I am a CPA (I do other types of acocunting work for clients now, but I previously prepare tax returns for a large firm) and i use Turbotax Busibness for my own business that I own. gret product and easy to use.
